All student taking a science class are required to complete a science fair project. In my class, this will be an assignment that students are to complete at home. I will be checking in periodically on their progress but ultimately, the bulk of the work will be done at home.
CHOOSE SOMETHING YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT! You will be working on this project for about 3 months so make sure it's something you enjoy doing. Pick something you are interested in and would like to further investigate.
The following is the schedule for which each part is due to me:
Topic due 9/6-7
Hypothesis due 9/8-9
Material & procedures due 9/29-30
Data due 10/13-14
Final project with presentation due 11/3-4
If your project is chosen to compete in the school science fair, your completed board is due 11/18
You may initially complete your project as a power point presentation but if your project is chosen to compete in the school's science fair you will be required to produce a board to display your project.
